Happy last day of February! Fun fact: Abi only realised this month at the age of 19 that February had 2 R’s in it … good luck to me completing my English degree.
What a crazy busy month it has been … with some FREAKY weird weather. Facebook reminded me while I was out enjoying the sunshine by the sea yesterday that on that day last year it was snowing! Look at the contrast!
How crazy is this difference! Yesterday was 17 degrees and last year was defiantly not that ! … global warming at it’s finest 😦
Moving on as this post is defo not just to express my amazement at the weather extremities. This month I have been at uni doing the usual uni things like procrastinating from assignments – don’t worry Mum, I will get them done BUT after writing this.
I’ve also been bouldering a lot at the climbing wall and have subsequently compiled a fail compilations which I thought would be funny to share (sorry Will for including your fails in this & Rebekah you are lucky I was nice and only filmed the ones you finished). Please excuse the un-inventive editing and music, I slapped this together on Imovie. Enjoy.

This month I also have had a couple of late ones: I went to see Catfish and the Bottlemen, and went out to a club for the first time since Halloween and it’s taken me about a week to feel human again… wow, I really am becoming a Grandma at heart.

Also I have some exciting news: I entered a writing competition for the Ink Magazine at Plymouth uni AND my piece has been selected. It will be published in the magazine in May so I will share more with you then.
So on the horizon for March is now planning ideas for my dissertation next year (we has a conference on it this week explaining how it’s all going to work so now its time to start thinking), I also need to finish my assignments so nothing that exciting in the calendar just yet, although it is my Birthday on the 16th so maybe I should plan something fun for then.
